Moving Towards The Darkness

Hello dear ones,

Restorative Circle is back!

Restorative Circle is a two hour workshop that is designed to slowdown, reduce stress and connect to that quiet space in all of us.

“Moving Towards The Darkness” is the theme for this months gathering. As the days get shorter and darker, our lives seem to become busier as the holidays approach.

Can we find refuge in the madness of the the holiday season?

In this class I will offer only one challenge and that is to move slow… Todays world asks of us to constantly be on the go and plugged into one device or another. Let’s create space to put those devices down.

This practice is supporting us in the undulation of life, by the use of yoga props to create a state of comfort and ease, we move into the four key elements of Restorative Yoga: Silence, Darkness, Stillness and Warmth.

This class is suitable for stress management, to support healing and growth, to rejuvenate and reconnect within.

This class is for everyone.

Things you will need to consider when joining this group. Please dress in warm, comfortable clothing. Avoid clothing that is restrictive. Also if you have a throw blanket or a yoga blanket please bring it to cover yourself, this gives us more blankets for props. And most IMPORTANT is bring an eye cover or a scarf. If you have any other yoga props you would like to bring, ie. bolster, please do. You can never have too many props in Restorative yoga. Lastly bring an open mind to the practice. It is a practice of deep relaxation and journey into your inner self.

I’m looking forward to see you there.Namaste
